Eagle Villa is owned by Guy and Will, though it is managed by Florida International Homes, based within Southern Dunes itself. We live in Exeter in the south-west of England. We are both Maths teachers in a school for 11-18 year olds.

Guy is married to Alison and has two teenage children. Guy is an excellent cook and a fitness, skiing and rugby enthusiast.

Will is not married and enjoys the freedom to travel, which he does as often as he can. He is a keen skiier, golfer, rugby player (and referee) and cyclist. He enjoys photography. He is an active member of a local church.

We have owned Eagle Villa since the summer of 2010. We have very high standards for our accommodation and on a recent trip to the villa, we set in motion several projects to ensure that the villa is as appealing and comfortable as possible.

We always welcome suggestions from guests as to how we could improve their stay and that of future holiday-makers.
