The pool and spa provide stunning views out onto the beautiful 16^th hole of the Southern Dunes golf course, whilst maintaining full privacy with neighbours left and right via a mature yet unobtrusive hedge, a feature which is not common with resorts of this type.

The sunsets can be enjoyed sipping a cocktail either in the spa or lounging in one of the many recliners, whilst watching the progress of golfers finishing their round unaware of your presence tucked away behind attractive landscaping, trees and shrubbery.

There is a large patio area ideal for eating out with direct access to the dining area and kitchen.

For a small cost the pool can be heated providing a wonderful play area for all the family to enjoy, or for couples and adults alike to relax and unwind after a hard day’s golf or visiting one of the many wonderful theme parks close by.

For families with small children it should be noted that all doors and entrances to the pool area are independently alarmed, providing instant warning should someone make their way out to the pool without adult supervision.
